Refund policy
Thanks for shopping with Miss Bee’s Spices.

Refunds
You have 15 calendar days to return broken, damaged, opened item(s) for a refund. Once we receive your item(s) we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Only the item(s) affected will be processed for a refund(not the entire order)
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Pictures and or videos must be presented as evidence for damaged or broken products!

Shipping
You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your products due to inaccurate addresses input at checkout or any errors related to your address. Shipping costs are non­refundable and nonnegotiable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
